Hi, I’m Jacob, a baker with a passion for crafting delicious, healthy bread. I traded the cool German air for the warm Arizona sun in May 2023 and I brought a whole lot of love for bread with me!

As a true German, bread is in my blood. We Germans take our bread seriously, and I’m here to share this passion with you. At my micro-bakery, I bake fresh bread and other baked goods.

So, come and indulge in a taste of Europe, right here in the heart of the desert!

How it works:

FIND US HERE

  • 1. Pre-Order Online & Pickup Wednesday or Saturday

    • To pick up Wednesday between 7 am and 2 pm, order by Monday 6 pm

    • To pick up Saturday between 8 am and 2 pm, order by Thursday 6pm

    • Pizza will be available for pick up after 9 am

    • You will receive a confirmation email 2 days before your pickup

    • Frozen bread is always available during open hours

  • 2. Bread Garage Sale every Saturday

    • We're opening our garage between 8 am and 11 am!

    • First-come, first-served until sold out

    • Also available is pre-order in person for pickup next Wednesday or Saturday
